Smoke-Permeable Polyamide casing
Raw material Made by special materials and polyamide.
Used for Suitable for all kinds of sausages and ham which need smoking.
Product Series

C401: For straight-shaped smoked sausages

C402: For incurved smoked sausages.

C403: For long-term moisture-preserving straight-shaped smoked sausages

C404: For special smoking sausages in special shape

C405: For long-term moisture-preserving incurved smoked sausages.

C406: For special smoking sausages in straight shape.
Advantages

1.Good smoking permeability which gives the final product a good smoking color and flavors for the sausages.

2.Long shelf life during the normal temperature.

3.Good moisture retention prevents the surface wrinkle during long shelf life.

4. Strong and suitable for all kinds of clipping machines
Color Clear, smoke, and other colors upon customer's request.
Printing printing is Not suggested, due to the characteristic of this product.

Casing Lay Flat calibers: 38mm-200mm  Thickness:(one slice)20um-30um

Way of Usage

ˇ¤Soaked in below 20c water for 10 minutes.

ˇ¤Tight clipping to avoid slipping off of the clip

ˇ¤Cooling by air or by spraying water
