Vacuum Bag T200 series for fresh and frozen meat
Raw material Made from polyamide with high barrier and high shrinkage.
Used for For all kinds of fresh meat, frozen meat with bones
Product Series

T201: For frozen raw meat without meat adhesive packing.

T202: For fresh raw meat with meat adhesive packing.
Advantages

1.High barrier property prevents any fat oxidation, and enables a long shelf life and warehouse life for cooked meat

2. Excellent adjacency of the bag on the meat greatly reduces drying and weight loss

3. Excellent low temperature-resistance (as lower as ¨C30C)

4. High mechanical strength and high Perforation-Resistance make our product suitable for cooked meat with bones.

6.After sealing, vacuuming, when the bag is processed through hot air or hot water, the second inner layer of bag can adhere tightly with meat to avoid leakage and weight loss.
Color Clear and other colors according to customer's requests.
Printing

Could be printed with 4 colors on front side and 2 colors on the back side.

Flat calibers:100mm-300mm; Length:100mm-700mm;

Thickness:(one slice)50um-70um

Way of Usage

ˇ¤ After putting the products into the bag, extract out all the air, then seal.

ˇ¤sterilized at 80-90C hot water or air tunnel, the bag will shrink together with the meat.
